Agrocorp International’s Whistleblowing Policy

At Agrocorp International, our employees are expected to conduct themselves with a high standard of professionalism and ethics while conducting our business and professional activities.

As part of good corporate governance, our whistle blowing policy allows for concerns to be objectively investigated and managed. Affected individuals can raise concerns about unethical, illegal or even questionable practices in confidence and without the risk of reprisal. Further details can be found in our Global HR Manual, item 3.4.

What is Whistle Blowing

Whistleblowing is the disclosure of unethical, unlawful or any inappropriate, practices and behaviour by the management or employees on a voluntary basis. It includes how all our stakeholders are treated. Following are just some examples of improper and reportable conduct around whistleblowing:

Breach of our Code of Conduct
Policies and/or procedures breach;
Fraud, embezzlement or theft;
Corruption/bribery;
Harassment;
Any unlawful or illegal activities, whether criminal or breach in civil law;
Physical danger/harm caused to another person and/or risk of damage to properties/assets;
Forgery of documents belonging to Agrocorp International, customers, other Financial Institution, or agents etc;
Mismanagement or dereliction of duties;
Conflict of interest;
Any other similar or related irregularities.
Who should raise a concern?

Anyone has the right to whistle blow. This Policy applies to all matters involving the Agrocorp International employees, customers and any other stakeholders/persons providing services to the Group, including consultants, vendors, independent contractors, external agencies and/or any other party with a business relationship with the Company.
